Integrative Functional Nutrition Consultation
What is Integrative Functional Nutrition?
Integrative Functional Nutrition offers a personalized plan of eating for health that considers all aspects of one’s wellness. One-on-one appointments place a great emphasis on understanding your sleep, lifestyle, food accessibility, environmental factors, circadian rhythms, genetics, stress levels, and symptoms before recommendations are made.
Optimize your health, lose weight, gain muscle, and much more through the power of food. It’s hard to change your eating patterns. It helps to have another person help guide your dietary choices when you are having difficulty. We will identify areas for improvement in your diet and lifestyle through our nutrition consultation.
The initial consultation is a time for us to assess your current health, nutrition status, and health goals by discussing your medical history, diet history, physical activity habits, eating behaviors, usual food choices, meal timing, and sleep. You will receive guidance on essential nutrition, healthy dietary choices, and lifestyle modifications to support your health goals.
Appointments may occur in person or via our secure video-conferencing platform.
