We will assess your current health, nutrition status, and health goals by discussing your medical history, diet history, physical activity habits, eating behaviors, usual food choices, meal timing, and sleep. You will receive education on essential nutrition, healthy dietary choices, and lifestyle modifications to support your health goals.
The Standard American diet is truly SAD. A large majority of American’s and those that follow a modern western diet are burdened with chronic illness and obesity. This way of eating is inflammatory and begins to weaken the body and mind. Often these problems can be prevented and even reversed when the appropriate diet and lifestyle modifications are made.
Proper nutrition can be used reactively or proactively for the improvement of health and well-being. We like to encourage a proactive lifestyle approach to nutrition that integrates healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes seamlessly into daily life.
