Embrace health, Move Naturally, Practice Tai Chi
Tai Chi is the predominate movement education system we teach alongside natural human movement training. Natural human movement training assesses our normal human movement patterns for deficiency and aims to correct these deficiencies through movement education, mobility exercises, and various stretches. How we naturally move has been lost due to the unnatural movement requirements of modern life. Movement training offers us space to explore our bodies, improve out movement, and heal from injuries.
Our Tai Chi classes were created to offer progressive and systematic instruction in Tai Chi. Proper movement is essential for health, vitality, and longevity. Tai Chi offers a holistic approach to improving our movement, health, and well-being.
